Manage criteria groups

Create and assign criteria groups.

You can use criteria groups in PeopleXD to group employees based on reference data in their employee records. For example, you can group all employees in a particular department.

You can then use these criteria groups when you assign objective or appraisal cycles to employees.

Assign criteria groups

You can assign criteria groups in the following areas of the Talent Dashboard.

Assign an appraisal cycle

  1. Click the Appraisals tab.

  2. Next to the relevant appraisal cycle, click the three-dot menu.

  3. Select Assign then click Actions.

  4. Click Assign Criteria Group.

Assign an objective cycle

  1. Click the Objective cycles tab.

  2. Next to the relevant objective cycle, click the three-dot menu.

  3. Click Edit then skip to step three of the wizard titled Assign.

  4. Click Assign.

Assign a set objective

  1. Click the Objective cycles tab.

  2. Next to the relevant objective cycle, click the three-dot menu.

  3. Select Edit then skip to step two of the wizard titled Types.

  4. Next to the relevant objective type, click the three-dot menu.

  5. Select Set Objectives.

  6. For a new objective click Create Objective.

  7. For an existing objective, click the three-dot menu then select View/Edit.

  8. Select the Criteria Group radio button then click Assign.


Manage criteria groups

Once you've reached the Assignment screen, to create a new criteria group, follow the steps below.

πŸ€“Tip: To assign an existing criteria group, turn on the Activate toggle.

  1. Click Add Group then enter a name for the group.

  2. Click OK then click Add.

  3. From the left-hand menu, select the relevant reference data.

  4. Select the relevant attributes then click > to move it to the Assigned column.

  5. To return to the Group Creator screen, click the breadcrumb navigation.

  6. Check the criteria group is correct.

  7. If required, to make changes, click the three-dot menu then click Edit.

  8. Click Save.
