Create an appraisal cycle

Configure and assign an appraisal cycle.

To help you manage performance reviews in a consistent and structured way, you can create appraisal cycles. This allows you to define the timeframe during which employees and managers can reflect on their achievements, challenges, and areas for development.

To create an appraisal cycle in PeopleXD Talent, watch the video or follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, click Talent Dashboard.

  2. Click the Appraisals tab then click Create Appraisal.

  3. Enter a title and date range.

  4. Configure the required settings then click OK.

  5. Click Add Stage then enter the title, description, and date range.

  6. Click OK then repeat step 5 for each stage you need to add.

  7. On the relevant stage, click Add Step.

  8. From the drop-down menu, select the relevant step type.

  9. Enter a title and position, then configure the required settings.

  10. Click Save then repeat steps 7 to 9 for each step you need to add.

  11. Click Actions then click Assign.

  12. Click Actions then click Assign Criteria Group or Assign Employees.

  13. Turn on the relevant toggles then click Save.

  14. Return to the Appraisals screen then click the three-dot menu.

  15. Click Activate.
