There may be times when you need to unassign an employee from an appraisal cycle, for example, because they've left the company.
In PeopleXD Talent, you can only unnasign an employee from an appraisal cycle if:
You haven't activated the cycle yet.
You assigned the employee individually, not as part of a criteria group.
To unassign the employee, follow the steps below in portal.
From the dashboard menu, click Talent Dashboard.
Next to the relevant appraisal, click the three-dot menu.
Select Edit then click Actions.
Click Assign then search for the relevant employee.
Click Unassign.
