Once you've created an appraisal in PeopleXD Talent, to add a cycle stage, follow the steps below.
Next to the relevant appraisal, click the three-dot menu.
Click + Add a New Stage then enter the details of the stage.
Turn on the Activate Stage toggle then click Save.
Once you've done this, you can then add individual steps to the stage.
📌Note: Make sure you enable Active Stage for each stage before you activate the appraisal cycle. You can only assign stages marked active to employees. Enabling it after activation won’t add the stage to the cycle.
