There may be times when you need to make changes to an active objective cycle. For example, to assign new employees, change an employee's manager, move objectives to a new appointment, or update objective statuses.

For active objective cycles, you can assign employees individually or use the Assign Employees/Assign Criteria Group button to assign the cycle to all employees currently listed on the page.

You will only see an objective cycle in the dropdown menu if it has been assigned to you. If a specific cycle, such as an appraisal or review cycle, is not visible, it means you have not been assigned to it. Contact your administrator to confirm your assignment status if needed.

To do this in PeopleXD Talent, watch the video or follow the steps below.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

  • Objective Cycle Not Visible: Ensure the cycle has been assigned to you. If not, contact your administrator.

  • Assignment Errors: Verify the cycle's status (Draft or Active) and follow the appropriate assignment steps. In Draft status, only the employee will see this and not the manager.

  1. From the dashboard menu, click Talent Dashboard.

  2. Click the Objectives tab.

  3. Next to the relevant objective cycle, click the three-dot menu.

  4. Select Admin Tools then click the relevant tab.

  5. Make the necessary changes then click Save.

📌Note: For active objective cycles, you can assign employees individually or use the Employee or Assign All button to assign the cycle to all employees currently listed on the page.
