If you've added a new employee to PeopleXD, but they haven't been auto-assigned to an appraisal cycle, you need to check the appraisal configuration.
To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Talent Dashboard then click the Appraisals tab.
Next to the relevant appraisal, click the three-dot menu.
Select Edit then, if a warning appears that the appraisal is active, click Yes.
Click Actions then select Assign.
Click Actions then select Assign Criteria Group.
The Number of Days value controls how long CorePortal keeps auto-assigning the appraisal to new starters after the cycle begins. For example, if the cycle lasts a year and you want assignments to continue throughout that year, set it to 365 days.
Entering 1 means the auto-assignment job only runs once, one day after activation, then stops adding new employees.
