If a dormant employee is still appearing in a manager's My Team's Performance Reviews area, to remove them, follow the steps below.
From the dashboard menu, click Talent Dashboard.
Click the Review/Appraisals tab then search for the review.
Next to the review, click the three-dot menu.
Select Admin Options then click Manage Review.
Search for the dormant employee.
From the Actions drop-down menu, select Complete Review or Delete Review.
Click Save.
