In PeopleXD Talent, it's not currently possible for managers to create objectives via the SMART wizard.
However, as a workaround, then can create the objective then enter the details itno the fields corresponding to the SMART layout. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Manager Dashboard then click the My Team Performance tab.
Under My Team's Objectives, for the relevant objective, click the three-dot menu.
Select View Objective then click the Text Fields tab.
Enter the following to match the SMART wizard:
Objective attainability
Objective relevancy
Objective measurability
From here, you can also add comments and edit the Objective Title and Description fields, if the objective is still in draft.
