Manage your team's objectives

View and manage team objectives from the Manager dashboard.

To help support your team's goals, you can view, add, and approve objectives in PeopleXD Talent.

To do this, watch the video or follow the steps in the relevant section below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, click Manager Dashboard.

  2. Click the Talent tab.

  3. From the My Team's Objectives widget, click View All.

Add objectives

  1. Click Add New Objective.

  2. Enter a title, objective cycle, objective type, start, and end date.

  3. Select the employees you want to assign the objective to.

  4. To move the employees to the Assigned column, click the > icon.

  5. Click Save.


Approve objectives

  1. For the relevant objective, click the three-dot menu.

  2. Select View Objective then approve or reject the objective.

  3. Enter a comment then click OK.
