Once you've created an objective type, you can create specific objectives and assign them to employees. This is useful when you need to set company-wide or department specific objectives.
To do this, follow the steps below.
Under Objective Type, click Set Objectives.
Click Create Objective then follow the on-screen instructions.
To assign the objective, select the relevant radio button.
Enter the details of the objective then click Save.
πNote: Before you activate the cycle, you need to activate the relevant objective types. You can't create or activate additional objective types after this point.
