You can control access to information in PeopleXD Talent through a combination of organisational role privileges and system-level security settings. Managers gain access to data relating to their direct teams through their organisational role, while you can grant administrators access to all employee data through the PeopleXD Security module.
Administrator access
To grant a user administrator access, follow the steps below.
From the dashboard menu, click Security Dashboard.
Click Set Up then click the System Set Up widget.
Select System Users then, for the relevant user, click Open.
Select and configure the following options:
Username
Security Type
Structure Code
Access Level
Once you've done this, the user's access automatically saves and is replicated in both PeopleXD People Management and PeopleXD Talent.
Talent manager access
Managers view employee data through the Manager Dashboard based on their organisational role and the employees listed within the My Team widget. Additional employees may appear in manager-facing widgets if an administrator has assigned access, or it's linked through historical appointment data.
