To ensure you include an employee in a 360 Review assignment, their current appointment needs to meet specific date criteria:
The start date of the employee’s current appointment is on or before the start date of the 360 Review.
If the end date of the appointment is populated, it must be on or after the end date of the review.
Once the main assignment is complete, you can assign individual employees manually via Admin Options.
If there are employees who don’t meet the criteria for the current 360 Review, you need to create a separate review to include them.
