Remove tabs or sections in the mobile app

How to remove certain features from the CoreHR Native app.

If you'd like to remove any tabs or sections, such as the Recognition feature, from the CoreHR Native app, follow the steps below.

📌Note: We recommend doing this in your test environment first, before applying to your live environment.

  1. Click CoreSecurity then click Profiles.

  2. Click Menu Profiles then select the relevant menu profiles.

  3. From the Installed Systems list, select Native Mobile.

  4. Turn off Navigation - Recognition then click Save.

  5. From the Installed Systems list, select CorePortal.

  6. Turn off the following options:

    • Recognition (Recognition Functionality)

    • Recognition Give Feedback (Allow employees to Give Feedback)

    • Recognition Nominate (Allow employees to Nominate colleagues)

    • Recognition Praise (Allow employees to Praise colleagues)

    • Recognition Request Feedback (Allow employees to Request Feedback)

  7. Click Save.
