If you're attempting to print a review, but the error 404: Not Found appears, this is typically because of special character in the objective text fields, or the review's text fields. This can also be caused by spaces in a field with no text, or double blank lines at the end of the text.
To resolve this, you should back up data from those fields then set them all to blank. Once you've done this, attempt to print the review again.
If you're able to successfully print the review without the error appearing, you can re-add the backed up fields one at a time, to identify which field caused the issue. Alternatively, you can re-enter the information but ensure there are no special characters or additional spaces in the fields.
